They are looking to retain an expert witness for an upcoming Maserati case they are facing representing a local auto dealership. This is Saul’s third time being asked to give expert testimony regarding a court case. First in August 2015 by a local attorney regarding a criminal case. Then in March 2016, we were asked to testify in another case regarding a vehicle sold with prior existing fire damage. Now we are being asked to look over a case regarding a possible lemon law dispute over a Maserati Ghibli! More to come!
